What is your returns policy?
Please make sure to keep your order receipt and order number in order to make a return request. To request for a return, please fill in your information in our warranty page.
ALTA24 reserves the right to accept or refuse any return request. In general, the request would not be accepted if the products do not purchase from our website, have signs of damage, or do not remain in new condition. In case of product return, customers are eligible to return products 1 time in 7 days from the date of purchase.
Customers must return products in new condition with the original product package. Removal of product hang tags will be acknowledged as used products and would be accepted for product return.
*Please notify that product shipment cost from you back to us will be you’re responsible. Vice versa, shipment cost from our warehouse to your designated location would be ALTA24 responsibility.
I received the wrong item
We take great care of every order but sometimes mismanagement happens. Please chat with us in LINE: @alta24.com or email back to us. We would take care of your return and exchange request with a free shipment fee both ways for you.
My order arrived damaged
In case of damage from delivery, please refuse to receive order from the delivery company. If the order has been received, please contact us within 12 hours to get warranty cover. If 12 hours passed, the physical warranty would not cover in our warranty terms.

Before return please submit your request in our warranty page. By submitting, you help us process your request quicker without any missing information.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
No, we cannot offer a refund if your payment has already been processed.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Yes. Please contact in LINE:@alta24.com and we will help you with the enquiry.
How do I receive a refund?
Once we approve your refund. You would be refunded to the same channel you made the payment.
The period of getting a refund payment depends on your selected payment channel, which could range from a few days to the next billing cycle.
