How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We normally ship within 2-3 business days. However, if you prefer to have an express shipment within today, You are welcome to choose express shipment during the checkout.
*Express delivery ships out every business day. Express shipment window close before 4pm. If the order receive later than 4pm, we will ship it in the next business day.
How do I create an account?
You could create your account by clicking Login and register a new account. Or else, you could create it once you are checking out product from our store.
Please be notified that the user account will be later use for checking shipment information.
How do I change my shipping address?

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped out. Email will be sent to you with tracking information. You could also visit your account > order to check on your tracking information. However, if you could not find any emails from us within 3 business days. Please contact us in LINE: @alta24.com for tracking information.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No. Every payment information is processed and stored via Omise payment gateway.
Do you ship to my country?
